sends your orders through the MRW urgent delivery service or by national mail and ensures that you have your purchase in the following 48-84 hours.
Delivery options
: Each delivery option that we offer is subjected to a particular expense and time period. The times here indicated make reference to the transportation period and not to the order processing.

1- UPS Nationwide: between 48 and 84 hours.

2- International: DHL. Between 8 and 21 days.

1- National Parcel Posts to pick up at the sub-post office: between 10 and 15 days.

2- International Registered Mail: between 15 and 90 days.

guarantees these period times for
all products in stock as long as we receive the order forms in our office no later than 3 pm (GMT +1).
Order forms received on Saturdays, Sundays and festivities are received on the first following working day.

If your order includes any products on reserve or products that are not in stock, you can choose whether to receive your order in a SINGLE DELIVERY (and we send it to you when it’s complete) or in
TWO SEPARATE DELIVERIES
(and we send you immediately the available products and the remaining products in the next delivery). The latter will be dealt as two different deliveries as regards the delivery expenses and they can be free of charge if each of them individually fulfils certain conditions which will be specified later.

. We will immediately inform MRW or DHL about the incidence and will get back to you promptly by e-mail or phone.
If when receiving your delivery you see any marks or damages in the package you can indicate in the invoice that you have received it in a bad state and if there has been any obvious breakage or damage you can choose to refuse the package. In this case you should contact us and we will replace the product immediately, of course free of any charge.
